News & Events
The club is now in the off-season hours, which are Wed, Sat, Sun, from 9AM to 4PM.
The latest you can get on the Sporting Clays course is 2:30pm.
We will be open on Saturday, July 4th, from 9AM to 4PM.
As the state of Florida is starting to re-open under “the phase 1”, we will continue staying open and implementing the safety guidelines for all our shooters to help minimizing the spread of the coronavirus:
- We will now be limiting our golf carts to a maximum of 1 person riding at a time, unless you and your fellow shooters drove in the same vehicle to the club. Not to worry though, if you have a group of 2 and need 2 carts, we will only charge you for one.
- For trap, skeet, and sporting clays, we will be asking everyone to please maintain a safe distance of 6ft between you and your fellow shooters.
- Sanitation will be extremely important moving forward and we are taking steps with this as well. We will be constantly cleaning all surfaces such as golf carts, golf cart keys, target cards, countertops, door handles, handsets for trap/skeet/sporting clays, picnic tables, and restrooms. Please feel free to bring your own disinfectant as well!
- In the mornings, we will no longer be allowing people to congregate in the office. If you would like to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, we recommend using the room outside the office while keeping a safe distance from others.
- No more than 2 people checking in or checking out will be allowed in the office at any time.
- While at the club, please only handle your own belongings such as ammo, shooting bags, guns, and refrain from touching anyone’s belongings.
- The kitchen will be closed until further notice.
- Lastly, if you are feeling ill, please stay home!
We understand that some of this may seem little extreme. However, we feel that if everyone does their part, we can make the club a safe place to shoot and avoid any kind of spreading of the virus so that we can move forward and go back to business as normal. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
If it is your first time coming out to shoot with us, you can fill out our Waiver of Liability ahead of time by clicking here – it will save you time at the check in!
Starting January 1st, 2020, we will be charging a 2% convenience fee on all credit card purchases of $200 and more. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Members’ Appreciation Party 2020
On Thursday, March 12th, Gulf Coast Clays held our annual Members’ appreciation party. Members and their guest had a chance to shoot in the morning, then enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by our own Frank and Peggy. We also invited Konnie to play some music for us. This members’ party was special since it is the first party thrown by Corey not as the general manager, but also the owner of the club. Team GCC is grateful to our members for their support, and we will continue to improve for everyone. We are happy so many of you could make it, and sorry that some of you missed the party. Hope to see all of you next year! In the meantime, here are some photos from the event:
